RETURN POLICY
DIGITAL SERVICES.
How return requests are treated when the service delivered is custom, professional and digital.
Last updated: 20 August 2026
1. Digital services
Sunglow Technology primarily supplies custom development, design, maintenance and related professional services. These services and their deliverables are digital, so conventional physical returns or exchanges do not ordinarily apply.
A project may result in a deployed website, application access, source files, a build package, repository access, documentation or another agreed digital deliverable. The applicable quotation, proposal or agreement defines what will be supplied.
2. Reviewing deliverables
Clients should review delivered work against the agreed scope and acceptance criteria and report any material issue with enough detail for Sunglow Technology to assess it. Review arrangements and any acceptance period are project-specific rather than set by this website policy.
3. Defects and service issues
Where delivered work does not materially match the agreed scope, Sunglow Technology will assess the issue and the remedy available under the project agreement. A reasonable remedy may include correcting an attributable defect or completing agreed work. New features, changed preferences, client or external modifications, hosting problems and third-party service failures may fall outside the original scope.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Requests to stop a service, cancel a project or recover a payment are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable project agreement. The assessment takes account of project progress, work completed, resources committed and approved external costs.
5. Future physical goods
Sunglow Technology does not currently offer physical goods through this website. If that changes, this policy will be updated before those sales begin to explain the relevant delivery, return and exchange arrangements.
6. Contact
For a deliverable, cancellation or return-related concern, please use the verified contact details above so the request can be identified and handled appropriately.
