SHIPPING &
DELIVERY.
A digital-first delivery policy for websites, applications, design and custom software projects.
Last updated: 20 August 2026
1. Digital delivery
Sunglow Technology primarily provides digital and professional services. No physical shipping is normally involved. References to shipping on this page are included for commercial clarity and payment-provider readiness; project delivery is ordinarily electronic.
2. Delivery methods
Depending on the agreed scope, digital delivery may take place through:
- deployment to a production website or application environment;
- secure file transfer or a downloadable build package;
- repository access or transfer;
- email delivery of appropriate documents or links;
- deployment to a client-controlled hosting or cloud environment;
- application distribution through an agreed platform; or
- another digital method recorded in the project agreement.
3. Timelines and milestones
Project timelines and delivery dates are established during the discussion, quotation and planning process. They depend on the size, scope and complexity of the project, required functionality, design work, integrations, review cycles, client feedback and external dependencies.
The applicable quotation, proposal or scope document will identify expected milestones or a delivery estimate where relevant. An estimate is based on the information and dependencies known when it is issued and may be revised by agreement when those circumstances change.
4. Client and external dependencies
Timely delivery may depend on the client providing content, branding, access, decisions, feedback, approvals and payments. A delay in those items may move the corresponding milestone or final delivery date.
Hosting platforms, domains, APIs, app stores, payment gateways, email providers and other external services may also affect delivery. Sunglow Technology will communicate a material dependency or delay that becomes known and will take reasonable steps to reduce its effect.
5. Handover and acceptance
Handover will follow the deliverables and access arrangements in the applicable project document. Clients should review the delivered work and report material issues in accordance with the agreed acceptance process. Credentials and control of client-owned systems will be transferred or confirmed as agreed, subject to payment and any continuing support arrangement.
